Hello, my name is Jesse Sacdalan. My lovely wife is Liliana, and my endearing children are Daniel and Nicole. My wife, children and I were current members of the Village SDA Church, Berrien Springs Michigan. My wife and I served as elders, and my son served as an usher. However, God has called us to the Washington Conference of SDA to serve as a pastor in the Ferndale district. The Holy Spirit has guided us through the Word of God and displayed many miracles to get us to this district.
In 1988, I graduated from Loma Linda University School of Dentistry in Loma Linda, California. I also, met my wife there while she was attending the School of Nursing Bachelor of Science program. I am currently licensed as a dentist in California and Michigan and in good standing. I have been practicing dentistry for over 17 years. I had my own successful dentistry clinic, East Hills Family Dentistry, for a little over 10 years when I felt God for the second time calling me to feed and save His lambs. I had turned a deaf ear to God the first time. However, it was only until my family and I submitted our wills to God that we chose to obey Him. As a result, I sold my dental clinic and our home in California and move to Michigan, to attend Andrews University Theological Seminary. With God’s help I completed the Master Divinity Program and I had the official graduation ceremony on May 4, 2008.
We had many hurtles to climb, one being not able to find a church with both Elementary and High School for our children within one hour from the church. But, God has His own time and His own plans. So here we are to serve both God and His church! Our children will be attending Skagit Academy in Burlington. However, besides supporting our kids at Skagit, our time and devotion will be for the Baker View Christian School.
My family and I humbly have accepted to work in this district; recognizing that this is our first experience pastoring a district. We ask for your patience and understanding as we work together and bring our resources and talents to God's feet. Let’s remember NIV Jeremiah 29:11 For I know the plans I have for you," declares the LORD, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. 12 Then you will call upon me and come and pray to me, and I will listen to you. ------ and rest in the promise of His Word, “The Holy Bible.”
If we are lovingly and obediently willing to give our lives to Jesus Christ, He promises us, He will change our present life, transform us, and give us hope, joy, peace and strength while we await His soon return!
Finding Our Way

We would not find our way without Jesus
How important to live a holy life in Him,
Though many trials press in upon us,
Jesus is there and will finish what He began.
The fountain of love is still flowing
For all who will come and obey,
We can find strength, as we rest in Him,
A fresh touch...He offers today.
Just know that our future is in God's hands
All things are under His control,
He is near... and is so concerned for us,
And will be there as each day unfolds.
God is so faithful in His promises
And we thank Him for His love so true,
If we seek Him, we are sure to find Him
Our awesome God ...will see us through.
Let’s get hungry and thirsty for Jesus
As He sends another wave of glory our way,
May we bring ourselves to the Father's table,
He waits, let’s dine with Him... He is able.
We look forward to that wonderful day
Where we will hear singing as never before,
What a glorious hope, to see God's son,
Our gentle Saviour…will be the leading One.
